Return Conditions

  1. To be eligible for a return, the heavy equipment must meet the following conditions:
  2. The equipment must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition.

  3. The equipment must be returned with all accessories, documentation, manuals, and original papers, in the same condition as when delivered.

  4. If the equipment has been used or altered in any way, returns will not be accepted.

How to Return Heavy Equipment

To return heavy equipment, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@millermanufacturingco.com to inform us of your intention to return the product.

     
  2. Provide your order details (order number, type of equipment, and reason for return).

  3. We will assess the eligibility for the return and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the equipment.

  4. The equipment must be returned to the address we provide, and in some cases, you may need to work with a specialized transport service.

Return Shipping Costs

 If the equipment being returned is defective due to manufacturing issues or does not meet the order specifications, Miller Manufacturing Co will cover the return shipping costs and the replacement of the equipment.

Refunds

Once the returned equipment is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the inspection process for heavy equipment may take longer due to its size and complexity.
